3. Booking and Payment

Booking Process

• All bookings must be made through our authorised channels
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP)
• All prices include VAT where applicable

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before tour: Full refund
• Cancellations 24-48 hours before tour: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before tour: No refund

Tour Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather, insufficient bookings, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or alternative tour date.

5. Tour Conduct and Safety

• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by tour guides
• Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the tour without refund
• Photography restrictions at certain locations must be respected
• Participants join tours at their own risk

6. Liability and Insurance

Epic Champion Tours carries public liability insurance. However, participants are advised to arrange their own travel insurance. We are not liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage during tours
• Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
• Loss or theft of personal belongings

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and tour materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
